We love using Drone Deploy for Aerial Drone Mapping. It's ease of use and precision makes a complex jobs manageable. Especially mapping 30 acres of Wetlands for a future City Park.

Husky Flying
Working out of a Hard Case is impractical and slow for most of my jobs. This Husky tool bag from Home Depot is the perfect solution for carrying my DJI Transmitters. I just modified it with 1" foam on the bottom, sides & middle. Can't do with out it now!

Throwback Thursday! Today back in 1985 I moved to New York City to start my photography career. This photo was taken by my friend the great Jack Reznicki for an APA photo assistant workshop ad. LOL

The Heat is On!
'tis the season to use battery heaters for your drone! They were vital for my industrial design video shoot yesterday. Stay Warm & Fly Safe!

Aviation Weather and Dew Point
I used to try and guess when I would get that nice morning fog on my lake. Thanks to Flight school, the guess work is gone. I just needed to learn a little thing called dew point.

Taking to the Skies!
I passed my FAA Unmanned Aircraft - General (UAG) Pilot Exam. It was very challenging with little study material available.

O Solo Mio
Thanks to Geoff Orlandi my Flight instructor for making this day happen!!!
OFC ANNOUNCES STUDENT ACHIEVEMENT: Congratulations to JOE POLILLIO, who earned his TAILWHEEL ENDORSEMENT and performed his 1st SOLO in the J-3 Cub today. Joe is a photographer working toward his Sport Pilot Certificate. He is learning to fly simply because he has always wanted to, and also to be able to fly drones in connection with his photography business. Today Joe reached the milestone of SOLO; and as a photographer he made sure they were picturesque! Great job Joe✈️

Taking the Back Seat
I flew back seat with a great Pilot, Jim Dahlen of Paramount Air Service (you know, the guys who fly up and down the Jersey Shore towing banners )for an upcoming feature. Happy 70th Anniversary Paramount Air!

New Addition
Love the new addition to my Work Station. Tabelz has a new external HD holder that attaches quickly to their laptop holder. Very handy, I also use it to hold my MacBook Pro power supply when I'm moving around a lot.

Smokin'
The Vaping story that I shot for the current issue of New Jersey Monthly was a blast.
It reminded me of the Vaping that I did with the Angels.

30 Years!!!
It was 30 years ago today that I started my career in photography. I so have many people to thank for my success. I'm afraid to name names bc I know I'd probably miss someone and I don't want to leave anyone out. Thank you all, I owe so many people so much, especially my wife Julia, who believed in me when I was a poor photo assistant. Also I have to mention Nancy Brown who's pictured here. She gave me my first break and has been so good to me. Here's to many more years and hopefully the short shorts will never come back!!! Sorry, I started naming names!
